1. Eligibility

• Participants must comply with Entrepreneurship Program rules and guidelines.

• By accepting this document, participants agree to attend all sessions in order to get a certificate of completion.

• The organizers reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who violates the rules, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the event.

• Only Kuwaiti are accepted to attend the program.

• All participants must be 18 years or older.

2. Selection and Participation

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

• KIC and the AlSabah award reserve the right to evaluate and select applicants based on specific criteria determined by the organizers

3. Media & Promotion Consent

• By participating in the program, participants grant KIC and the AlSabah Award the unrestricted right to capture, use, and publish their names, photos, videos, and other media recorded during the event for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes.

• This includes, but is not limited to, use in social media posts, press releases, printed materials, and event summaries.

• Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials where their likeness or information appears.

• Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify the organizers in writing before the event begins.

4. Data and Privacy

By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for program-related purposes, including communication, marketing, and follow-up activities, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Modification and Termination

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the program in whole or in part for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or force majeure.

• Participants will be informed of any significant changes in a timely manner.
   

6. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to show respect to facilitators, mentors, judges, and other participants.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.

• Participants must maintain the cleanliness and order of the venue.

7. Liability

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during participation in the program.

• Participants take part voluntarily and are responsible for their personal belongings and actions.

• The organizers are not liable for technical failures, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Program Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary.

• Participants will be notified promptly of any major changes.

9. Legal

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kuwait courts.

• By registering, participants agree to all terms set forth herein.
